Returns & Exchange

  • If you would like to return or exchange a good, please contact us with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

  • Items that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. They are yours to keep. If you believe the item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know within 3 days and we will do everything we can to assist you. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item we put in the post is packaged securely and will be in a pristine, untouched & unused condition.

  • We will accept returns if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

  • All return packages must be sent with insurance.

  • Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by Firdose.

  • If the product you wish to exchange for requires additional charges, you will be contacted with the details of the payment options available to you.


  • All Firdose products have a lifetime warranty.

  • This covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear is strictly not covered.

  • We reserve the right to repair or replace any item depending on the situation.

  • To request a warranty claim please email Firdose with images and a description of the damage.

  • Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
